The Quatela Center—an internationally recognized leader in plastic surgery with a global patient base spanning all 50 states and more than 25 countries.
I led the design direction, translating their legacy of surgical excellence into a refined digital experience. From visual systems to full website design, the goal was to elevate perception, support their specialties in plastic surgery, hair restoration, and nonsurgical aesthetics, and create a stronger connection with the patients they serve.

Multiple surgeon-led brands needed to feel connected under one practice umbrella while maintaining their own distinct identities. The existing sites felt dated and no longer matched the level of expertise, trust, and refinement of the surgeons behind them.
I developed a shared UX/UI framework across all three sites, then customized each brand through its own color palette, imagery, and visual direction. The result was a more cohesive digital experience that felt modern, elevated, and aligned with a high-end lifestyle aesthetic.
I began by meeting with the client to understand their brand, goals, audience, and vision for the practice, then combined competitive research and visual exploration to develop a moodboard that defined the color palette, typography, imagery, and overall creative direction for the design

I created a wireframe based on the sitemap and key page sections, establishing the structure, content flow, and primary user actions that would guide the final design.

Using the moodboard as the visual foundation and the wireframe as the structural guide, I build out a global style guide and key website sections. This helps establish a cohesive design system that keeps the full site consistent, scalable, and aligned with the brand direction.

I developed a shared global navigation system that connected three related brand websites, while allowing each site to keep its own branded primary navigation, service structure, and user experience.
